Peated Single Malt aged in Mezcal Barrels.

Andalusia Whiskey Co. Revenant Oak

This is our second Tejas Collaboration with Andalusia Whiskey Co., based in Blanco, TX. Instead of a finishing project, we wanted to experiment with a full maturation.

The idea is to double down on smoke. A peated/smoked single malt combined with the smoke traditionally found in mezcal. The whiskey has only aged for 1.5 years, so it still needs plenty of time.

So far, so good. The whiskey is coming along very nicely. Frankly, it is fantastic.
